Lake Pueblo State Park ride

More ‘product testing’ of the bikes! I have to say, the geometry of these two hardtails is perfect for the type of riding at Lake Pueblo State Park.  Carvy, fast, smooth singletrack that you can really lay into with the slack head tube angle and short chainstays.  You can lean it far over and almost never wash out, then pop out of the corners or short risers (hills) and snap the cranks around to keep your momentum up and continue to rail the corners with as little help from the brakes as possible. These trails are too almost TOO smooth and flat, and not super technical, so after a couple hours we were looking for more.  But man, it is a great trail network that is great to visit in the cool season months when the snow is still blocking the trails up in the higher elevations!
